Putting the unit Together

    

       
I find disconnecting the filter components makes it easier to install                                              the RO Membrane filter and the Ceramic Filter into their cartridges.

Make sure you ‘know’ the correct positioning of the ¼” line connections                                    to put the filter components back together.

 

                         

The Ceramic filter

I have found that using a channel wrench, to give the 'screw-on-cap' a final 'snug-up eliminates 'leaks'

 

   

If you decide to ‘snug up the cap’ for the ceramic filter be
  careful to not ‘over tighten’ it.
   

 

I find using a ‘flat head screwdriver’ is the quickest and easiest way to ‘flip’ the ‘protective neck rings’ off the connections and to remove the blue plastic ring protectors.
